The Hardy Commodore 36 is a semi-displacement motor cruiser, built to a high standard, combining modern technology with a classic trawler style look. They have excellent sea-keeping qualities with spacious, comfortable accommodation. This example is fitted with twin Steyr 250 hp diesel engines, which give a respectable cruising speed and have just 650 hours recorded use. Accommodations

The accommodation offers up to five berths in two cabins and saloon. Sliding doors from port and starboard sides leading to saloon with helm to port and chart table with fold away chart cabinet to starboard side. Settee to port side with cabinet aft, with area for TV (included) and drinks refrigerator below. U Shaped dinette to starboard side with folding leaf, adjustable coffee/dining table to centre. Backrest converts to navigators seat. Steps leading forward with stowage beneath. Galley to starboard with stainless steel double sink and drainer with H&C water supply, Halogen 3 burner electric hob hob. Combination microwave, oven and grill (no gas on board). Refrigerator and plenty of stowage above and below. Opening port light. Guest heads to port with Jabsco marine toilet. Washbasin with H&C water supply, shower attachment and opening port light. Forward cabin with V berth and infill converting to a double with storage above and below, hanging locker to port, opening hatch to foredeck. Two opening port lights. Owners cabin aft with large double berth. Large hanging locker and shelved cupboard and dressing table with lockers to port. Opening port lights x 3. Escape hatch to aft deck. En-suite heads with vanity sink with H&C water supply, shower attachment. Jabsco marine toilet (2021), opening port light. Access from saloon to all round wide side decking and fore and aft decks. Steps from aft deck to upper deck with seating and storage boxes. Steps up to flybridge, with centre helm position, with fore/aft facing helm seat and bench seat to port. Mechanical Systems

Located under the saloon floor. Twin Steyr MO256H45 diesel engines, with approximately 650 engine hours. Shaft drive to Clements fixed four bladed propellers. Fresh water cooled via heat exchangers. Flex mounts. Electronic throttle controls and panels at helms. Cruising speed 11 knots. Maximum speed 15 knots. Eltrim trim tabs. Lewmar bow thruster. Eberspacher hydronic heating throughout. Calorifier. Full interior lighting, upgraded to LED in 2021.

4 x 12 volt domestic batteries, configured to give 24 volts.

2 x 12 volt engine batteries.

240 volt shore power with Victron Skylla control panel at lower helm.

Domestic batteries charged by 240 volt charger (2022) and Iskra 24 volt generators built into the engines. These' integrated Flywheel Generators' are unique to Steyr. Both engines are fitted with them, but only one is required at any one time. They can output at 4.5 kw at 4500 rpm or around 4kw at 1500 rmp.

Built in 2009 by Hardy Marine in Norfolk to a design by Andrew Wolstenholme. White GRP semi-displacement hull, with blue GRP upper topsides. White GRP superstructure and flybridge. Teak laid decking to all decks. Large self-draining raised aft deck, with storage locker/seating to port and starboard. Flybridge with central helm position and forward/aft facing helm seat. Side bench to port. Stainless steel bathing platform with teak slating. Self draining anchor locker.
