The accommodation offers up to six berths in two cabins with good headroom throughout. Joinery in solid teak and teak faced ply. Steps leading down from cockpit through companionway with galley to port comprising stainless steel sink and drainer with cold pumped water supply, cool box, Plastimo Neptune 2000 two burner over with grill, glass rack and storage above and below. Quarter berth and chart table to port. Settee berths to port and starboard sides, backrests raise to increase berth width with port creating a double, drop leaf table to centre with bottle stowage. Separate heads to port with Jabsco marine toilet and storage cupboard above. Hanging locker opposite to starboard side. Built circa 1970 by Gardas Marine to a design by Angus Primrose. GRP hull with pale blue paint finish with white style stripes. Varnished teak capping strake. GRP coachroof with painted non slip finish to decks. Teak laid covering to cockpit seating. Cast iron long fin keel. Skeg hung rudder with tiller steering. Self draining cockpit. The Seeker 31 is a traditionally styled aft cockpit cruising yacht designed by Angus Primrose. Her beautifully finished interior has been reupholstered, sleeps up to six in two cabins, and is often considered a competitively priced alternative to the Contessa 32. This particular example has been in the same ownership for 20+ years, she has been regularly wintered ashore, engine serviced annually and was antifouled in June 2024.
